As a freelance developer of training and communications, the greatest personal growth for me has not been in what I have learned about training, content design, and writing, but what I have learned about clients, their needs, fears, and preconceptions, and how to work with them to reach their goals. And, along the way, I've had to learn a lot about me to be successful in this business.
